Chaotiq By Arti – Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Chaotiq By Arti, every piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We strive to deliver products in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event of damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items, we have a clear replacement policy outlined below.
Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:
- The item is damaged during transit.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
Conditions:
- Notification Period:
- You must notify us of any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear image of the product as proof must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
- Eligibility:
- Only products returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all tags intact will be accepted.
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return/replacement.
- Process:
- To request a replacement, email us at chaotiqbyarti@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back. We will not be responsible for items sent without prior approval.
- Once the product is received and inspected, a replacement will be processed.
- Shipping Charges:
- There are no extra shipping charges for replacement items in eligible cases.
Refund Policy
As a policy, all purchases at Chaotiq By Arti are final, and refunds are not issued under normal circumstances.
However, refunds may be applicable in the following rare situations:
- Product Unavailability:
- If the item ordered is unavailable, we will offer alternatives. The final decision rests with the customer.
- If no suitable replacement is available, a 100% refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Order Issues:
- If an order is confirmed but cannot be shipped, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- If the delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas, a 100% refund will also be issued.
⚠️ Please note: Refunds are not applicable in any other scenarios beyond those listed above.
International Shipping & Return Policy
Terms & Conditions:
- Items shipped outside India may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for paying these charges.
- By placing an international order, you authorize Chaotiq By Arti to appoint a courier or freight forwarder to act as your agent with customs and tax authorities in the destination country. The courier may collect import duties and fees before or upon delivery.
Limitations on International Orders:
- Manufacturer warranties may not apply outside India.
- Manufacturer services may not be available internationally.
- Product manuals, instructions, or labels may not be in the language of the destination country.
- Products may not conform to the standards, specifications, or regulations of the destination country.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that products ordered can be lawfully imported into their country.
